At HER Health we believe that all teens and young adult women deserve a strong patient physician relationship based on trust as they transition to and through puberty to confidently embrace their menstrual (period), reproductive and sexual health to live the life they choose. This is the type of care we will bring at HER Health to realize ALL aspects of one’s health during this critical time of physical, mental and emotional change. Welcome - we are glad you’re here!

If your periods are irregular, heavy, painful or you suspect PCOS and are unsure what is normal or not, we can help!

There are so many options to choose from but we listen to your preferences, needs, examine your history to help you find the best method personally for you. This includes nexplanon, and IUDs (intrauterine device) insertion/removal.

Starting at age 21, cervical cancer screening by pap smear is recommended as a part of one’s overall health. We can get you scheduled and taken care of comfortably and efficiently.

Screening for common sexually transmitted infections is an important part of one’s overall health. This can be completed in a few simple ways with urine, swabs, or during one’s pap smear. Talk with us more to see which method can work best for you.

1. What ages does HER Health serve? We serve ages 11-26yo for gynecology needs.
2. Is insurance accepted? Yes, we are in network with most BCBS/Anthem, Humana, Aetna, UHC plans. Others insurances are pending, and self-pay options are offered too. Contact our office to verify which plans we are in network with and/or self pay rates.
3. Do you serve transgender patients?Yes, for anyone born female who still has female reproductive organs and menstruates seeking care, we can help serve their gynecology needs. However, we do not offer gender affirming care at this time.
